LN6216 系列是使用 CMOS 技術開發(fā)的低壓差，高精度
輸出電壓，低消耗電流正電壓型電壓穩(wěn)壓器。由于內(nèi)置有低
通態(tài)電阻晶體管，因而壓差低，能夠獲得較大的輸出電流。
為了使負載電流不超過輸出晶體管的電流容量，內(nèi)置了過載
電流保護電路、短路保護電路。
因采用 SOT-89-3L，SOT-23-3L，SOT-23-3B 等小型封
裝，故可高密度安裝。

■ General Description The LN1121 series are precise, low power consumption, high voltage; positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout voltage. The LN1121 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error correction circuit. The series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors.
